I can assure you that we don’t compete with the national or home improvement stores because there is such a difference in what we sell, how we work, and what we do.
We Don’t Push Our Inventory on You
In fact, we don’t have inventory. Often the sales reps in a flooring store push a particular product or line of products as directed by management because there is excess inventory. They may even receive a bonus for selling you on what is in stock. The available products in a big box store are limited.
When we talk to you about what you want for your new flooring, we honestly answer questions regarding the various options. We will guide you to best option for your home, family, and lifestyle regarding type of flooring whether that is hardwood, engineered wood, laminate, LVT, or any of the other flooring types we offer. From there we can help you understand the pros and cons of different styles, finishes, and brands. In the end you choose what you love and what fits in your budget.

If there is an issue and you’ve used a national flooring chain or big box store, you don’t know who will come back if there is an problem. The people in big box stores often work in several departments depending on need. They may be familiar with the products but typically don’t know the quality, warranties, or pros and cons of any particular brand. Flooring store sales reps are slightly better trained than the ones in the big box stores but rarely have they ever seen the finished product installed or do they know the fine details about the products.
